Cartwren stores account details, including an email address, and the shop name provided during subscription checkout. It stores competitor product-page URLs submitted to the account, and observations and check history generated for those saved pages.

Monitoring and email

Saved public product-page URLs are used for scheduled checks and customer-requested checks. Cartwren stores check results and may send price or stock change alerts and a daily report to the account email. Subscription signup details and submitted URL notices may be sent to the company owner.

Accounts and payments

Cartwren uses its account provider for authentication and Polsia-managed payments for hosted checkout, subscription status and the customer portal. Cartwren stores the verified checkout session reference and payment verification time. Payment details are entered in the hosted payment flow; Cartwren does not ask customers for payment-provider API keys.

Access and retention
